Present: Cllrs J Rutland (Chairman), M Fryer, M Patterson.

In attendance: J McGeeney, Town Clerk. Cllrs Emmerson and Irwin (ex officio).

1. Housekeeping: The Chairman advised those present of the emergency escape procedures. It was requested that mobile phones be switched to silent. If a call was received and had to be taken Members were politely requested to leave the room.

4. Bopping Bingo 11th December 2021 – The Town Clerk updated Members on progress made towards the Bopping Bingo event scheduled for 11th December 2021. Music playlists had been established and Bingo Cards made. Prizes would include wine, selection boxes and inflatable musical instruments. A bottle of prosecco donated by Cllr Fryer would be used for ‘best Christmas attire’. Catering would be provided by Chapter 17 Café which would be sausage bun and chips. Details of ticket sales had been presented. An evaluation of the event would take place at the next meeting.
